ABOUT US
There are several non-possession plots in MPCHS. Reportedly around 600 to 700 plot owners are affected by non-possession issues, but according to our estimates, there are approximately 700 non-possession plots in ROS alone, excluding other sectors.
This group is a joint effort of the Residents Welfare Association, aimed at helping those individuals who have spent their life savings over the years but have still not received their land or their rightful ownership.
To give you some background on the Residents Welfare Association — in 2023, we contested the elections against the ruling Multi Founders Group, which has held control in MPCHS for the past 35 years. Alhamdulillah, we secured 900 votes compared to their 1300. We are hopeful, Insha’Allah, that we will succeed in resolving the issues faced by residents and all other stakeholders.
The purpose of including you in this group is to ensure you receive all necessary information and updates on our efforts. We are actively working for the rights of non-possession plot owners and seek your support.
